2014 Fall Registration Information


Football $300 for the first player / $250 for additional siblings
Cheer $200 per person / $150 for additional siblings

Equipment handouts for the San Marin Youth Football will take place at the Shed (on the blacktop by the basketball courts) at Sinaloa Middle School.

The equipment handout schedule is Saturday, July 26th & Sunday, July 27th from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

What will you need to bring to receive equipment?

1. A post dated (December 1, 2014) deposit check made payable to SMYFC in the amount of $200, which will NOT be cashed unless the equipment
is not returned at the end of the season. SMYFC will return your deposit check when you return all equipment at the end of the season.

2. Medical consent form signed by your doctor. You can download the form here.
