2012 SEASON REGISTRATION

SAN MARIN YOUTH FOOTBALL & CHEER

Registration is still open until July 1, 2012. Players are needed on the Pintos, Colts and Jr. Mustangs teams. If you know anyone who can play on these teams, please have them contant Jim Hickey at 415-518-0956 or complete the registration forms under the registration tab and mail them to the P.O. Box, attention Cathi DiYorio.

The Pony and Bronco teams are FULL at this time. You may still submit registration paper work but know that you will be on either a waiting list or moved to another team.

 

Registration Fees:

Football $300 for the first player / $250 for additional siblings

Cheer $200 per person / Mighty Might Level $125 per person

 

All equipment must be returned prior to 2012 registration.

    *If your child is a new participant please also mail an official copy of their birth certificate. All participants must submit a copy (front/back) of their current insurance card.

    ** Please note, if you choose to register via mail it is on a first come first serve basis. If space is available on a team, your registration will be accepted and processed. If no space is available on a team, you will be notified and your registration forms & fee will be returned to you.
